🔄 Returns Eligibility
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is not as described
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
📦 Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID)
🚚 Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and approve the return within 24–48 hours
- You will receive instructions for sending the product back
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed
Note: You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: usually 3–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
- Digital products (if applicable)
