🔄 Returns Eligibility

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is not as described

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

📦 Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID)

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue
  2. Our team will review and approve the return within 24–48 hours
  3. You will receive instructions for sending the product back
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Note: You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: usually 3–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
  • Digital products (if applicable)
